Sreyas Audury completed the BSMS program with distinction and secured the Best MS Thesis award from the Chemistry Department for his work in developing an atom-by-atom de novo drug design method.

Amal Vijay is nominated as principal candidate for prestigious Fulbright-Nehru Doctoral Fellowship for the year 2022-2023. The fellowship would enable him to do research work at the University of California, Irvine, USA for a period of nine months starting from september 2022.

As a Fulbright-Nehru fellow, Mr. Amal is interested in understanding the scope of “RNA breathing” in RNA - protein recognition process using molecular dynamics simulation methods aided by enhanced sampling techniques in computational chemistry.
